There is being-inside-yourself There is a need to become 'centered', in your own energy, in order that you can come to an at-oneness with the spiritual as well. I do not mean that Spiritual is any magic concoction; it is however, that sense-of-beingness which allows each of us to be individuated within the Field of Life. Knowledge of 'self is only one system in the totality of many, many response centers.
